Remote Vans Materials & Workmanship Warranty  

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
Remote Vans LLC (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Owner”) that each new Class B Motorhome manufactured by Remote Vans (“Van”) and its factory-installed components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms and conditions described in this Limited Warranty.

WARRANTY PERIOD
This Limited Warranty is valid for a period of ONE Year OR 20,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of original retail delivery of the Van to the Owner (“Warranty Period”). Proof of the original purchase date, such as a dated sales receipt or registration, will be required to establish the start of the Warranty Period.This is the only warranty given with the purchase of the Van other than express  or implied warranties given by the chassis and component manufacturers. Any  warranties implied by law are limited to the Warranty Period. Any other warranty,  express or implied, not provided for in this Limited Warranty is waived by the  Owner.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• • • Normal wear and tear items (e.g., tires, brake pads, filters, wiper blades) and routine maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, fluid top-offs, alignments).
    • Cosmetic issues, including paint, upholstery, or trim wear that occur due to normal aging, environment, or owner neglect.
    • Damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
    • Components or equipment not installed or supplied by Remote Vans – including customer-added accessories, aftermarket parts, or assembled by other manufacturers, including, but not limited to, electrical systems & appliances, heaters, refrigerators, plumbing fixtures, fans, air conditioners, light fixtures, lights, and windows. Such component parts may be warranted by their respective manufacturers, and copies of such warranties are included with the Van.
    • Minor noise, vibration, or other non-material performance factors that do not affect the function or safety of the Van.
    • Damages caused by environmental factors such as exposure to salt, hail, floods, fire, lightning, or other natural events.
    • No payment or other compensation will be made for incidental expenses, including, but not limited to, towing, telephone, transportation, lodging, travel, fuel, loss of pay or indirect or consequential damage including, but not limited to, loss of use of the Van, inconvenience, damage or injury to person or property, or loss of revenue, which might be paid, incurred or sustained by reason of manufacturer’s defect covered by this warranty. Remote Vans LLC will not be responsible to any purchaser of the Van for any undertaking, representation or warranty made by dealers during the course of selling the Van beyond those herein expressed.

OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
To maintain coverage under this Limited Warranty, the Owner must:

• • • Use the Van in a normal, prudent manner, following all operating instructions and guidelines provided by Remote Vans and component manufacturers.
    • Adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule and perform required services (whether by the Owner or a qualified service provider).
    • Maintain accurate service records and provide them when requesting warranty repairs.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

• • • If a covered defect occurs within the Warranty Period, the Owner should promptly contact the dealer where van was purchased

WARRANTY REPAIRS

• • • Authorized Repairs Only: All warranty repairs must be performed by Remote Vans or an authorized Remote Vans service provider.
    • No Charge for Covered Repairs: If the claim is approved, Remote Vans will repair or replace the defective component at no cost to the Owner for parts and labor. Remote Vans reserves the right to use new, remanufactured, or refurbished parts at its discretion.
    • No Extensions: Repairs or replacements under this Limited Warranty do not extend the original Warranty Period.

LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

• • • This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Remote Vans, and it replaces all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
    • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply.
    • In no event shall Remote Vans be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Van, even if Remote Vans has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.

TRANSFERABILITY
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original Owner and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by state or provincial law.

STATE/PROVINCIAL LAW RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty gives the Owner specific legal rights. The Owner may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects any statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

CHANGES TO THE WARRANTY
Remote Vans reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Limited Warranty at any time, provided that any such changes will not retroactively affect coverage for products already purchased while this Limited Warranty is in effect.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing and using the Van, the Owner acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.
