Overview:
At Remote Vans, we take pride in building awesome camper vans! We’re looking for an experienced mechanic to join our team as a Van Mechanic.
Specific duties will vary based on individual role in assembly line, but general responsibilities include:
- Installing secondary alternator
- Installing long range fuel tank
- Installing gray tank
- Installing van furnace system
- Installing suspensions systems
- May require 1 to 2-day travel on occasion
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year as vehicle mechanic required
- Must have experience using the following tools and machinery: power tools, air tools, lifts, jacks
The Job:
- Pay: $23-$25/hour
- Ample PTO, and health insurance – covering up to 100% of each employee
- Working Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Remote Vans HQ, 800 E Ross Way, St Bernard, 45217
