Terms & Conditions: Vanuary Supershow Giveaway

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. This giveaway is only open to individuals attending the Florida RV SuperShow 2025 in Tampa, Florida, and who are able to arrange for delivery within the United States. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Remote Vans® are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must visit the Remote Vans booth located at the Florida RV SuperShow. 
   1. Follow @remote.vans on Instagram to receive 1 entry. 
   2. Join the official Rolling Nomads Facebook Group to receive 1 entry. 
   3. Share a picture of Remote Vans on your Instagram story and tag @remote.vans to receive 10 entries. 
   4. All entries must be submitted in person at the Remote Vans booth, via a Google Form available on an iPad at the booth. 
   5. The giveaway runs for 5 individual days, starting January 15th and ending on January 19, 2025.
3. Prize Details: The prizes for the giveaway are as follows: January 15-16: 3 winners will each receive a Harvest Host Membership. January 17-19: 1 winner will receive a Starlink Mini. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be chosen via a “Spin the Wheel” drawing. The drawing will randomly select one winner for each prize at the end of the competition period on 22 January. Winners will be announced on Remote Vans’ official social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) within 24 hours of the official drawing. Winners will be contacted via email provided during the entry process to arrange prize delivery. Arrangements will be made for the prize to be shipped to the winner’s designated address in the United States.
5. Publicity: By entering this giveaway, winners consent to the use of their name, and/or image if taken for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, without additional compensation. 
6. Limitations of Liability: Remote Vans® is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind, including but not limited to: failures of the internet, website, or entry form.
7. Force Majeure: Remote Vans reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
8. Data Protection: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and notifying winners. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Remote Vans’ privacy policy.
9. General Terms: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the giveaway. Remote Vans reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
10. Disqualification: Remote Vans reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway process. Any entries that are incomplete or fraudulent will be disqualified.
11. Tax Responsibilities: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other expenses incurred as a result of receiving the prize.
12. Disclaimer: This giveaway is not associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Florida RV SuperShow or the organisers. The Florida RV SuperShow is not responsible for any aspect of the giveaway, including but not limited to the administration, promotion, or awarding of prizes.
