Divya is a known professional with over 15 years of experience in private equity, law, and startups. She most recently served as President of TAXA Outdoors, a company specializing in innovative adventure vehicles, acquired by Storyteller Overland in 2024. 

At TAXA Outdoors Divya led the company through a transformative period, increasing revenue sixfold, expanding distribution channels, launching new product lines, and executing multiple strategic partnerships. She also guided the company through two successful transaction exits.

Divya is also a founding partner of a private equity firm advising emerging companies in sectors including outdoor recreation, healthcare, and technology. In addition to her professional achievements, Divya serves on the boards of multiple companies, where she advises on initiatives related to cultural preservation and future pathways for Asia.
