What Happens When You Take a Remote Van to the Easter Jeep Rally in Moab
We took a few class B, adventure vans (the Oasis® and Aegis™ to be exact) to the Easter Jeep Rally this spring alongside our dealer partner Luxeworks RV. Surrounded by some of the most capable off-road vehicles on the planet, on trails that tested everything, both vans came through without missing a beat.
Here’s what happened, and why it matters if you’re seriously considering a premium adventure van.

Moab. Easter Jeep Rally. The Ultimate Play Ground.
The Easter Jeep Rally isn’t a casual camping trip. It’s one of the most respected off-road events in the country, with serious trails, and experts who know the difference between a van that looks capable and one that actually is.
Our Sales manager Micky was there for all of it. Here’s what he had to say:
“What an amazing weekend with Luxeworks RV at the Easter Jeep Rally in Moab. Amazing Jeeps, great people, and many incredible trails. The Aegis™ drove and performed great. With that Van Compass suspension being adjustable and those rally strut replacements, just wow. Bob towed a side by side down with the Oasis® and had no problems pulling the hills at the speed limit. Everything was fantastic and we can’t wait to do it again next year.”
But let’s break down exactly what made both vans perform the way they did.
The Aegis™ on Trail. Built for This.
The Aegis™ is our flagship and the most capable Class B adventure van we build. On the trails around Moab, the Van Compass™ 4.3+ suspension kit with fully adjustable inverted rally struts did exactly what it was designed to do: absorb the terrain, keep the ride controlled, and give the driver the confidence to push further than they expected.
Add in the skid plates protecting the engine, transmission, and rear differential, onboard air compressor, front and rear bumpers, and front light bar, and you have a van that doesn’t just visit Moab. It belongs there.
For anyone who’s been wondering whether a Class B adventure van can genuinely handle serious off-road conditions, the Easter Jeep Rally answered that question.

The Oasis® Towing in Moab.
Here’s something that doesn’t come up enough in Class B van conversations. Towing capability. Bob put the Oasis® to the test at the rally, towing side by side through the hills without a single issue maintaining highway speed the whole way.
That’s what happens when a van is built properly from the ground up. The Van Compass 4.3+ suspension with Baja Brackets and Heavy-Duty Opti-Leaf Springs isn’t just for rough terrain. It gives the Oasis® the stability and capability that most Class B vans simply can’t match.
And when the trails were done and camp was set up the Oasis® delivered everything it always does inside. Starlink® Standard for connectivity at the end of a long day. An Alpine Sound System. Ultra-lightweight aluminum kitchen. Cyber Shower® with internal recirculation. Queen-sized legless bed. And the patented Vanhalla™ Seat that turns the living space into whatever the moment calls for.
This is the expedition-ready Class B adventure van that has it all from day one.
