Rolling Nomads Nell and her partner Preston kicked off an epic vanventure in Friday Series #066!  Their aim is to complete the legendary Dempster Highway, stretching deep into the remote Yukon and Northwest Territories of Canada, and push on all the way to Tuktoyaktuk, where the land begins to reach the freezing waters of the Arctic Ocean. Brr, sounds chilly!

Their journey began surrounded by the  soaring evergreens of the Seal Rock Campground in the Olympic National Forest, nestled alongside Washington’s breathtaking Hood Canal. It was a fitting start for a van built to chase the wild and unknown.

They also dove straight into the local flavors of Brinnon, Washington, a tiny town that has some great culinary treasures. Their top picks?

  • Geoduck Restaurant & Lounge
  • Dose Coffee
  • Halfway House Restaurant

We’re eager to hear how their legendary trip goes and can’t wait to see many more photos.
