If you ask anyone on the team here at Remote Vans HQ about their favorite on-the-job moment, you’ll soon learn it’s Van Collection day. Although it has to be said that Pizza Friday is a close second! While shipping is an option we offer, a lot of our customers prefer to experience collecting their Remote Vans Series in person.
And we love it when customers come in. We’ve welcomed everyone through the doors for pick-up day, including couples, solo #vanlifers, entire families and their dogs, and … we’ve even had a bunny rabbit join.
No matter who customers bring along, it’s always a highlight watching the reaction on their faces as we slide back the door of their new Sprinter van conversion for the first time. After arriving at our Cincinnati facility, customers meet their van and get a hands-on tutorial of the ins and outs of their Remote Vans Series. Depending on the Series, the tutorial includes an in-depth look at things like the power management system, the plumbing, the internet setup and interior features like the queen-sized, drawbridge-style bed, the high-efficiency AC and the cyber shower.
As well as the tutorial, customers get a tour of our facility where they’ll meet some of the awesome team members designing, building and crafting these state-of-the-art vans.
After the session, we’ll open the doors, stand back and wave you off as you and your Remote Vans Series embark on your awesome #vanlife adventure together.
