With her strong background in customer service, sales, and event management, Tatiana is set to play a key role in enhancing Remote Vans’ customer experience.

Tatiana brings a wealth of experience from her work at Tesla and Fever, where she led in customer service, team management, and event logistics. At Tesla, she acted as the first point of contact for customers, educating them on the brand’s products and features, and ensuring a seamless transition to the service team. As an Event Manager for Fever, she managed high-profile events, overseeing logistics, customer service, and cross-functional teams to achieve the desired result.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Tatiana is a passionate adventurer, often hiking scenic trails with her dog, Kiwi the Rottweiler.
As Service and Warranty Manager, Tatiana will work closely with the our dealer partners, operations team, and our community of Rolling Nomads. Tatiana will ensure that every customer experiences the high level of care and dedication that Remote Vans is known for.
