Job Post: Junior Sales & Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Sales & Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This role will focus on fostering relationships with both new and existing customers, striving to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy by ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience at every touchpoint throughout their journey as a Remote Van owner. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and nurture leads, speaking to prospective customers via phone or email to gauge interest, answer questions, and understand timeline and expectations
  • Effectively communicate and present the Remote Vans product offerings to prospects
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead nurturing strategies
  • Update and maintain the CRM / customer database
  • Communicate with dealerships regarding potential customers and coordinate handovers
  • Coordinate factory visits or van tours for potential customers to come and view the vans 
  • Coordinate with service and warranty teams to achieve resolutions for existing customers
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new business and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Travel to attend relevant shows and events on behalf of the company
  • Coordinate with Executive and Marketing Teams to facilitate van pickups at Remote Vans HQ 

Education & Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management studies, or a related field
  • Experience using a CRM system to maintain records
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, & Meet)
  • Ability to embrace and manage change in a dynamic and fast-growing organization

Who You Are:

  • You have a relevant bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience (which can include internships / co-ops)
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and present product offerings clearly and persuasively
  • You understand how to effectively manage up and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks 
  • You are good at building relationships across an entire organization
  • You are highly self-motivated and can work well under minimal supervision
  • You have an aptitude for learning new things quickly
